So can anyone explain this…

I just refreshed my dash and a blog I’ve never seen before and do not follow was on my dash… I clicked it to see who they were and it was an actual blog of a real person…It said I wasn’t following them or anything either.

I’m just kinda like…what the heck is going on at the moment? Has this ever happened before to anyone else?
